The Fine Print.

It’s our non-negotiable. We blend creamy coconut wax with ethically sourced beeswax to create a heavy-hitting, slow-burning foundation. It’s clean and holds fragrance with more integrity than anything else on the market. It’s the Loca standard for a reason.

We don't do "stock." We do drops. While we maintain a Core Collection of staples, our limited releases are produced in small, intentional batches. We don't believe in stocking mass inventory; we believe in the quality of the pour. When it’s gone, there’s no guarantee it will be back.

Our Core Collection scents will always return. However, once a scent from a Limited Drop sells out, it’s only brought back based on the noise. If you fell in love with a scent from a drop and want it back, let us know—your feedback helps us decide what gets a victory lap. 😏

Our Core Collection features our signature staples: Sunday, King., Cake, Cake, Cake and Tuxedo. These are the heart of Loca and are restocked regularly. Everything else is a Limited Drop—once it's gone, it’s up to the noise to bring it back. While Limited Drops are designed to be temporary, we listen to our community; if the demand for a specific scent is high enough, it may earn a permanent spot in the Core Collection.

To protect the integrity of our signature wax blend, we ship Monday through Wednesday and occasionally Thursday if the destination and weather allow. This prevents your candles from sitting in non-climate-controlled warehouses or trucks over the weekend. If you place an order Wednesday afternoon through Sunday, it will be prepared for the following Monday’s departure. Quality doesn’t stop at the pour.

The First Burn: This is the most important. Let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar (2-3 hours). This prevents "tunneling" and ensures you get every drop of fragrance you paid for.

Trim the Wick: Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before every light. A long wick creates soot; a trimmed wick creates a clean, steady flame.

Safety First: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Don’t be that Loca.

All sales are final. Because our scents are released in limited drops, we don't offer returns or exchanges. We go to great lengths to describe every scent profile accurately so you know exactly what you’re getting before you commit.
